Dr Achintya Sharma did his under-graduation from Santosh medical college in Ghaziabad, after completing his compulsory internship he did his Junior Residency from Hindu Rao Hospital in delhi. He did his MS (General Surgery) from Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences Bangalore. Then he did his Senior Residency from Safdurjung Hospital (Govt of India ) and underwent superspecialty training in vascular surgery from Sri Ramachandra Medical College in Chennai . He was awarded a gold medal for best outgoing student in Mch vascular surgery and has fellowship in vascular and endovascular surgery from PMU Salzburg.
